Quality in EMS Audioconference
Wednesday, December 6
11am EST
PRESENTER:
David M. Williams, MS
Mr. Williams is a Senior Associate with the international EMS/public safety consulting firm, Fitch & Associates(www.fitchassoc.com). Dave coordinates the AAA's Ambulance Service Manager Program and is the author of the JEMS 200-City and Salary and Workplace Surveys.
As an industry, we have thrown the concept of quality around for decades. Many trade journals tackle the topic and every conference offers presentations with descriptions citing examples to prove that it's working. Too often it's the same basic ideas repackaged. Currently, quality efforts in EMS have yet to make a lasting impression and few exciting new benchmarks for success exist. This thought-provoking audioconference explores this quality problem and examines obstacles that we unknowingly place in our path to success. Learn proactive steps that you as an EMS leader can make to avoid these "EMS quality" mistakes. Register now

Need External Vehicle Decals
Due to a large response we received inquiring about the need for external vehicle decals, we have placed an order for 2007 membership decals which can be placed on the outside of your tinted windows. We will also still offer the internal cling decals for those without tinted windows. Once you have submitted your 2007 dues payments, please contact us if you require external decals and we will send some out to you.
